Installation

If you downloaded the program mailer-installer.exe, run that program. It's a small application that will download and run the rest of the installer for either Windows XP/ 2000 or older systems. The packages are different.

If you downloaded mailer-nten.exe or mailer-w9xen.exe direclty, run the installer.

Unless you want to install the software into some specific program group, all of the default options are fine. Just click NEXT>> through the entire process.

You will see a screen to force installation of system components. This option is useful if your machine has a mismatched set of DLLs on it. If you have problems with Mailer crashing, first...

First... Make sure your OS is completely up to date with Windows Update.

Second... reinstall and choose this option. You can try forcing installation of a set of DLLs that are known to work with Mailer.
